The Tempest Rally based in Aldershot is one of John Lloyd's favourite events and this year he has decided to drive Jon Ingram's Ford Focus World Rally Car.
"I have followed Jon's progress and fine results with the car and Geoff Jones has told me that the car is easy to drive. I will soon find out for myself when I drive the car on Saturday 11th November.
I have competed on the Tempest Rally for the past few years and have always enjoyed the stages especially the spectator stage. Being so close to London this is a great event for corporate hospitality and I am hoping that friends and family will be supporting us.
I enjoyed driving the 99 Subaru World Rally Car and am looking forward to driving the Focus WRC which will be run as usual by Geoff Jones Motorsport. My regular co-driver Pauline Gullick will be sat alongside," said John Lloyd.
